We encourage all exhibitors/vendors to participate. Items for sale should be professionally presented. The Earthstock Connecticut Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit/vendor without further explanation.
This event is NOT open to multi-level marketing companies and franchises.
Exhibitors/vendors participating in Earthstock Connecticut will be responsible for all the conditions and rules listed below. Any violation of these conditions, or any other condition imposed by staff members at the event, will be cause for removal.
FEES
There is no fee to exhibitors/vendors for this event.
To be a non-fee participant you have to commit and have your vendor/exhibitor agreements in by March 31st. After this date there will be a $25 vendor/exhibitor fee.
EXHIBITOR/VENDOR AGREEMENT

SPACE
Spaces are assigned based on date of receipt. The use of the location is restricted to the exhibitor/vendor to whom it is assigned. We encourage exhibitors/vendors to make their space as attractive as possible. Spaces must be left clean when leaving.
SET UP AND DISMANTLING
Volunteers will be available to guide you to your space. You may begin set up of your both at 7:30am on the day of the event. All booths must be set up by 9:30 am, one half hour before the Festival begins. Exhibitors must remain, and displays must be set up for the duration of the Festival. Dismantling may begin at 4pm. Anyone arriving later than 9:30am will be asked to leave the Festival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted when we are notified in writing on or before March 30th.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT
Earthstock Connecticut reserves the right to ask any exhibitor/vendor to leave if the conditions described herein are not met.
PROMOTION
Earthstock Connecticut will actively approach all media and will do its utmost to promote attendance. Earthstock Connecticut encourages all exhibitors involved to do their own promotion as well. A program listing of exhibitors/vendors will be made available at www.earthstockconnecticut.com.
INSURANCE
The Earthstock Connecticut does not provide insurance to exhibitors. Exhibitors/vendors are encouraged to have their own insurance for protection of the items for sale.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Exhibitors/vendors participate at their own risk and are subject to all rules and regulations as described in these guidelines. Exhibitors/vendors expressly agree that Earthstock Connecticut and the Earthstock Connecticut Committee and all its volunteers, sponsors and participants will not be responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor’s vehicle, merchandise and /or displays caused by fire, flood, theft, weather, or any other elements of nature or man. Exhibitors/vendors also agree to institute no legal proceeding for personal injuries, or property damage arising from an accident causing injury to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees, exhibitor’s merchandise and/or exhibitor’s display. Earthstock Connecticut reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules and guidelines.
