Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement
This is to confirm that you, the exhibitor/vendor, agrees with the Earthstock Connecticut Committee to provide an exhibit/booth at Earthstock Connecticut on April 22, 2012 from 10:00a.m. until 4:00 p.m.* The location of the event is at Tunxis Community College, 271 Scott Swamp Road (corner of Rts. 6 and 177), Farmington, CT.
As an Exhibitor/Vendor you will:
1. unload your vehicle in the designated area and remove it promptly! It is then you will be given your booth number.
2. have your booth set up no later than 9:30 a.m.
(late arrivals will not be allowed into the event - You may begin setting up at 7:30a.m., please plan accordingly)
3. not breakdown your booth until 4:15 p.m.
4. keep your booth area and surroundings clean, safe, and secure
5. bring your own tables, chairs, canopies, electric cords, hoses, and other items necessary to operate your booth (power is very limited and provided on a first come, first served basis)
6. be prepared for wind, rain, sun, dew, insects, and other outdoor disturbances
7. agree to have your booth staffed at all times
8. provide the Tunxis Community College Sustainable Energy Fund with 10% of your profits from any product(s) sold that day (does not apply to non-profit organizations)
**FOOD VENDORS** All food vendors are required to obtain a temporary permit from the Farmington Valley Health District. fvhd.org
*In the event of rain I will be present on April 29, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
To be a non-fee participant you have to commit and have your vendor/exhibitor agreements in by March 31st. After this date there will be a $25 vendor/exhibitor fee.
